Leg Workout



1. In correct posture, sit on a stroller. Keep your back against the back pad.
2. Lift your legs high, and touch your toes.
3. Hold for 5 seconds, then rest your legs.
4. Repeat this exercise until you are bored.

Note : Beginners can do this exercise by laying on a firm bed.
